Pet Element had built a genuinely loved pet store in Bangalore. Walk-in customers raved about it. Word-of-mouth kept the store steady. But the owner knew something was wrong: their website was invisible, their Google Business profile was unclaimed, and their competitors were capturing every search query for pet supplies, grooming, and veterinary accessories in the city.
The challenge wasn't brand — Pet Element had that. The challenge was discovery. When someone in Indiranagar Googled "pet shop near me," Pet Element didn't show up. When a new resident moved to Koramangala with a dog, they had no way to find them. The store's online footprint was essentially zero.
