AI assistant by industry. Built for how your business runs.
Every industry loses time to a different set of follow-ups. A clinic chases bookings and reminders; an ecommerce brand chases stock, suppliers and ad spend; a facility services company chases crews and client sign-offs. The assistant we build for each one looks different, because the tools, the team and the approval rules differ. Pick the industry closest to yours to see the workflows, a day with the assistant and the guardrails we put in place. If yours isn't listed, the main page explains how every build starts from your own business.

Do you only build for these industries?
No. These are the industries where the work an assistant takes over is easiest to show. Every build starts from how one business runs — its tools, its team and its approval rules — so the same process works for most service, trade and product businesses. Tell us about yours and we will map it on the discovery call.
How is an industry assistant different from a customer-service chatbot?
A chatbot answers customers. This assistant works for the owner and the team: it collects updates, chases what is late, drafts replies for approval and reports what happened. It can include customer-facing steps, such as booking replies, but people stay in charge of anything that commits the business.
What does an industry build usually start with?
Most builds start with the one follow-up that costs the most when it slips: unconfirmed crews, missed bookings, overdue invoices or unanswered leads. We build that workflow first, get it running on your real tools within about a week, then add the next workflows in phases.
Will it work with the software my industry uses?
Usually, yes. If a tool has an API or an export, it can normally be connected. Industry systems vary a lot, so we confirm every connection during scoping, before the price is fixed, and tell you plainly if something cannot be connected.
How is the price for an industry build set?
On a strategy session, not from a price list. Industry builds vary with the tools, workflows and people involved, so we map those with you first and then quote the build in writing before any work starts. We do not publish prices or ballpark estimates, because no two businesses run the same way.
