These terms govern your use of varnandigital.com. They are the rules for the website itself. The commercial terms that apply when you engage us for work are in the Client Service Terms, and a signed proposal or agreement always takes precedence over both.

1. Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by Varnan Digital (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U62090KL2025OPC096808, registered at 446, Kaivalliam, Vakkom, Chirayinkeezhu, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695308, India. “We”, “us” and “Varnan” mean that company. “You” means the person using the site.

By browsing this site, submitting a form or booking a call, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. What this site is

varnandigital.com is a marketing and information site for a digital marketing and AI services business. It describes what we do, shows examples of past work, and gives you a way to start a conversation. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. That begins only when we both sign an engagement document.

3. Using the site properly

You may read, print and share our pages for your own business purposes. You may not:

4. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, layout, code, design, graphics, the Varnan name and logo — belongs to Varnan or is used under licence, and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Nothing here transfers any of that to you.

You may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the source page. Anything more needs our written permission.

Photographs credited to Unsplash are used under the Unsplash licence and belong to their photographers. Client names, logos and trade marks belong to those clients and appear with permission.

5. Accuracy and no advice

We write our articles carefully and correct mistakes when we find them, but the site is published for general information. It is not professional advice, and it is not tailored to your business. Marketing results depend on your market, offer, budget and execution, and figures we cite for past work are specific to those engagements. Please read the Disclaimer before relying on anything here.

Some of our articles are AI-assisted. They pass human review before publication, but if you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it. How we use AI is set out in the AI Usage Policy.

6. Links to other sites

We link out where it is useful. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Follow a link and you are on their terms, not ours.

7. Availability

We try to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including whole pages, without notice. We may also restrict access to anyone who breaches these terms.

9. Liability

Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to ₹10,000.

Liability arising from paid work is dealt with separately, and on different terms, in the Client Service Terms or your signed agreement.

10. Indemnity

If you use the site in breach of these terms and that causes us loss, a third-party claim, or legal costs, you agree to reimburse us for the reasonable amount.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we both submit to it. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

Before starting proceedings, please raise the issue with us in writing. Most things are faster to fix with an email than a filing.

13. General

• If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• These terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between us regarding the site.
• Nobody other than you and Varnan has rights under these terms.
