When you provide your phone number, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp and phone for project coordination, onboarding, approvals, and time-sensitive updates.
We do not add you to broadcast lists without consent, send promotional WhatsApp messages without opt-in, or share your number with third parties.

- WhatsApp (client communication)

08 Data Retention
- Client records — 7 years from end of engagement (legal/tax compliance)
- Prospect / enquiry data — 12 months from last contact
- Communication records — duration of engagement plus 2 years
- Analytics data — per Google Analytics / Clarity retention settings
Data is securely deleted or anonymised after its retention period.
09 Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

The collection and processing of your data, and all payments and transactions between you and Varnan Digital, are conducted under the jurisdiction of India and in accordance with Indian law — including the Information Technology Act and applicable tax laws such as GST.
We also work with international clients. Where we do, we respect and comply with the data-protection and consumer laws applicable in their own countries, in addition to Indian law.
